On Saturday night, we took Luke to my parent's church to go to a Bible Heroes party. All the children were supposed to dress up like their favorite bible hero and then they all played games and had some food. We didnt plan to go till the last minute because we werent sure if Luke would be better, (he had an ear infection again last week) , which is the reason he is not in a costume. Each game represented a hero from the bible, and Luke's favorite game was trying to throw a football in the lion's mouth (Daniel and the Lions Den). Austin and Karsen liked the game where they had to find a treasure in a big bucket of shaving cream....MESSY! Anyway, here are some pictures.

So cute!
Apparently Austin and Karsen's guesses were not close enough because Luke was the winner of the guess the animals in the jar. His prize is in storage trying to keep it away from L.L.
P.I.
Luke looks so tall!! He seemed to enjoy riding the waves. Does he have a future as a swimmer ahead of him?
Luke will obviously be in debt to P.I. for guarding the animal cracker jar from L.L.
I think that is a double-debt, Katie. The giant Hershey's bar has been sitting (untouched) on our kitchen counter for over a week now.
Thankfully, Amy will be coming over this evening to rescue it. Anyway, we enjoyed all the having all of our "heroes" for a visit last weekend.
Love, L.L.
